No retainer. No deposit. No bills landing on your kitchen table. The option fee at signing is a nominal £1. The real money flows only when your land sells.

You'll always know what's going on
You'll never have to chase us for an update. Fay's 20-year background in communications is the reason every client knows exactly where their project is, every step of the way.

Our fee comes when your land sells, not before
You receive your land's full appraisal value (its worth today, before planning). Our fee is the additional value we secure on your land when planning permission is granted. You're not out of pocket at any point and you've made your land far more attractive to a buyer.
